Took this last weekend – hope they’re happy together!

Ah another year without a Valentine for me. To be honest it doesn’t faze me, the only time I think I was ever jealous of Valentines was during high school when some girls had roses delivered from some snotty nosed boy to the classroom. 14 February is pretty much just another day to me now.

That said, I do love a good heart print and this jumper arrived yesterday from ASOS. Shame its too warm to wear it out to dinner with my girlfriends tonight (a little bit of a Galentine’s Day thing) but no doubt it will get a run as autumn hits. Best of all it was only $37 at ASOS and comes in navy if red isn’t really your thing.

Happy Valentine’s Day.

Heart on your sleeve.

  2. I’ve never been a fan of the whole Valentines Day thingie… I am more than happy with a quick snog on my way to work – and I appreciate it a load more when the bloke buys me flowers because he knows I like them than if he buys them because it is one day of the year where it’s expected of him!

In saying that – the number of chaps I saw buying flowers at the station and wandering along the platforms clutching roses – made me laugh, it did. (I was actually in your neck of the woods today at a meeting, too!)

    • I do think it’s sweet seeing young people do it but the rest… Meh.

My way in the city or suburbs? If you’re ever in at my office you should drop in and say hi. I had today off though so clearly that would not have worked…

      • I was in the city! Next time, I’ll see if I can find you (I may have to let you know my actual name though!)
